This role involves using visual imagination and graphic skills to create drawings and plans for future-oriented building technology.
Responsibilities:
3D modeling of buildings, collision checks & inspections with VR glasses;
Creation of scaled design, approval and execution plans, schematic detailed views and sectional drawings for the electrical sector (e.g. current flows, circuit diagrams);
Creative development of new graphic elements for the technical building equipment;
Independent coordination with authorities, developers, architects and construction management;
Digitization and provision of documents for use in digital archives.
Reikalavimai
German language and English skills;
Eye for detail;
Ability to work in a team;
Conscientious, structured and independent work;
Very good MS Office skills Curiosity, enthusiasm & willingness to learn;
Experience in technical drawing & CAD knowledge is an advantage (don't worry, they will carefully train you in your new tasks).
