We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a project focused on connecting two pharmacies on the Business Central (BC) platform. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders in Sweden and analyst/development teams based in Lithuania to ensure seamless integration and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business needs and gather requirements for the BC platform integration between two pharmacies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements.
Work closely with development teams to ensure the solution aligns with business goals.
Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to optimize workflows.
Document requirements, workflows, and process changes.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software or system integration projects.
Strong understanding of business process optimization and requirement gathering.
Experience in Supply Chain, E-commerce, Retail, or Pharmacy industries is an advantage.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV/BC) is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively with remote teams.
