Freelance Recruiter (INACTIVE)

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our team on a freelance basis. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for a range of positions, both IT and non-IT, based on the specific requirements provided by our clients.

• Utilize various channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

• Screen resumes and provide the relevant candidate

• Effectively communicate with our internal recruiters

• Coordinate and schedule interviews.

• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and prepare the CV with our template.

• Negotiate and finalize offers of employment with selected candidates.
