Work with a DB migration tool developed in Java
Migrate data from Oracle to PostgreSQL (AlloyDB on GCP)
Deal with cloud engineering and DevOps while also focusing on the Java part
Dive deep into using Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Bash, and GitLab
Perform end-to-end test automation
Create performance improvements or bug fixes in the DB migration tool
Prasības
An experienced Java engineer with hands-on expertise in Kubernetes and Helm
Proficient in working with CI/CD flows using tools like Jenkins and GitLab
Highly skilled in SQL
Knowledgeable about concurrency and database connection pools
Familiar with RDBMS technologies such as PostgreSQL, AlloyDB, and Oracle
Possessing a basic understanding of Terraform
Equipped with scripting skills in Bash or Python (nice to have)
Experienced with GCP (would be a plus)
