Data Analysis and CRM Utilization: Leverage CRM systems and analytics tools to make informed, data-driven decisions that fuel growth.
Networking and Partnerships: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities across Europe to expand the companys influence and partnerships.
Achieving Results: Continuously focus on achieving financial and operational goals, ensuring continuous performance improvement.
Location and Travel:
Location: Remote.The candidate must be ready to work in European countries and travel frequently within the region.
Travel: Frequent travel within Europe to attend conferences, events, and networking opportunities.
Wymagania
Networking in Europe: Demonstrated experience in effectively expanding a network of contacts and partners in the European region.
Setting KPIs and Team Development: Proven ability to set key performance indicators (KPIs), manage team performance, and foster team growth.
Budgeting and Financial Goals: Strong budgeting skills and a track record of achieving financial targets.
CRM and Analytics Expertise: Hands-on experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data-driven decision-making using analytics tools.
Outsourcing Experience: Familiarity with managing outsourced teams or partners to achieve business objectives.
Challenges: A problem-solving mindset with a passion for taking on new challenges and finding innovative solutions.
Travel and Conferences: A love for traveling, meeting new people, and representing the company at conferences and events across Europe.
English Skills: Fluent in verbal and written English, with a proficiency level of C1.
