Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Identify, attract, and engage potential candidates, with a focus on IT roles, using various sourcing methods and recruitment tools.
Global Hiring: Manage and execute recruitment processes for international positions, ensuring alignment with global hiring standards and best practices.
Conduct Screening Calls: Initiate and conduct screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications, experience for the role.
Communication & Coordination: Effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and provide reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
Wymagania
Understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods.
Familiarity with job boards and other sourcing platforms.
Willingness to learn about IT roles and technical skills to improve candidate assessment.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
