  • Be responsible for IT application development and day-to-day operations support for printing and security solutions

  • Enhance, maintain, and support the Java backend service of an external customer-facing mobile track and trace solution

  • Assist in collecting user requirements

  • Conduct feasibility studies

  • Assist in system design, analysis, capacity planning, and testing

  • Prepare system documentation

  • Handle solution deployment

  • Actively collaborate with the software development team in Asia to support the infrastructure of the track-and-trace solution

  • Provide ongoing system support and maintenance for the solution

  • Attend meetings with business and technical stakeholders in the US, Europe, or China (via phone or web conferencing)

  • Bring technical ideas, suggestions, and insights to the team in IT software development, enhancement, or troubleshooting

  • Proactively establish partnerships with the Market Development, PMO team, and other internal and external business stakeholders

Wymagania

  • A university graduate in an IT discipline or equivalent

  • Bringing a minimum of 3 years of experience in programming or equivalent

  • Proficient in Java, Spring, and Hibernate

  • Experienced in working in a multi-threading environment

  • Skilled in PostgreSQL database

  • Familiar with a Linux environment

  • A self-starter with the ability to prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment

  • Results-oriented with skills to deliver products that benefit the organization

  • A strong critical thinker with problem-solving aptitude, customer-focused, and possessing a good sense of urgency

  • A team player with strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams in a matrix environment to ensure successful solution delivery

  • Equipped with solid conceptual and analytical skills, out-of-the-box problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail

  • Having a good command of spoken and written English
