  • Maintaining and improving MES systems in a manufacturing environment using .Net and other development platforms;

  • Support the development of tools to improve the efficiency of the MES development team;

  • Background  in  planning,  developing,  implementing,  and  maintaining  custom manufacturing systems;

  • Min 3 years of development experience with:MES Development, Modeling, API, and User Interface development;VB.NET, HTML, XML, XSLT, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, SQL* Loader, Shell Scripting, Batch scripting.

  • Strong  understanding  of  Oracle  technologies  (ODBC,  Object  Oriented  database design, query optimization/tuning, PL/SQL;

  • Strong understanding of development SDLC (preferably Iterative/Agile).;

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Attention to details is important;

  • Demonstrate detailed understanding and ability to use source control/configuration management tools;

  • Demonstrate understanding of QA / QC process and test methodologies;

  • Experience with managing changes;

  • Application/systems support experience;

  • Experience with cloud technologies, especially Amazons AWS offerings,is a plus!

  • Exposure to ITIL incident management is a plus;

  • Life Science industry background is a plus;

  • Working knowledge of molecular biology, chemistry, and/or biology is a plus;

  • BS Required (Computer Science, Information Systems), MS preferred.Other Skills:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills with internal customers and all levels of management in a non-technical manner;

  • Focus on customer and proven track record to build strong working relationships;

  • Ability  to  organize,  disseminate  information  efficiently  gain  consensus  and  set expectations;

  • Strong time management skills, prioritization abilities and aim to take ownership of issues and tasks;

  • Ability to work as a team member and contribute to the overall success of a team as well as work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

Compensation and Benefits


  • The  salary  range  estimated  for  this  position  based  in  Lithuania is  21,800.00-32,600.00;

  • This  position  may  also  be  eligible  to  receive  a  variable  annual  bonus  based  on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
