Android Developer (fintech)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Android applications for secure banking and payment services
- Translate functional, security, and regulatory requirements into clear technical solutions
- Integrate mobile apps with payment APIs, core banking systems, and compliance platforms
- Implement best-in-class security practices: encryption, authentication, secure data handling
- Optimize performance, responsiveness, and reliability across devices and network conditions
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and Agile delivery
- Support automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
Must-Have Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional experience in Android development using Kotlin
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack libraries, and modern architectures (MVVM / MVI)
- Experience integrating mobile clients with financial APIs and backend services
- Expertise in secure coding, encryption, token management, and authentication
- Familiarity with GDPR and PCI DSS requirements
- Proven experience working in Agile / Scrum teams
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in fintech, banking, or payments mobile applications
- Familiarity with ISO 20022 or SEPA integrations
- Experience with high-load or low-connectivity mobile environments
