Location: Air Hotel, near Kaunas Airport
Salary: 600- 800 EUR NET
Type: Part-time (Rolling work schedule, night shifts 19:00 -7:00)
Role Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check in hotel guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently
- Process payments for services using a cash register
- Provide information about hotel services, service packages, and loyalty programs
- Handle billing administration
- Use the hotels booking/accounting software Protel
- Always ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written)
- Clear and professional communication
- Friendly, polite, and service-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using computers and hotel software
